Case Management


A personalized, trauma-informed process that guides individuals through healing, reintegration, and access to services. Refugio Seguro uses case management to walk alongside older adults, justice-involved persons and those with mental health challenges, ensuring they don’t navigate complex systems alone.

Case managers coordinate referrals, visit clients, monitor progress, and advocate for clients’ rights; whether it’s a youth returning home from detention, home care support, or a preparing a family for reunification.
